Adam Crawford, Owner/Operator of the Guerilla Grill. A self taught cook, having always had a life-long interest in world cuisines and being raised in the South-Eastern U.S., decided it was time to take his love of mixing the unmistakable dishes of the deep south with pretty much every other culture on the planet, together...to the masses.

At Guerilla Grill, we take go to great lengths in order to source local, seasonal ingredients of only the highest quality. We match our menu to the seasonal availability as well, in order to deliver only the best to each, and every dish. Our ultimate creedo is: "Give the best. Keep it local & sustainable.
