Braised Korean-style pork belly with quail egg, steamed ginger-garlic snow peas & bok choy, with daikon, carrot, cucumber lettuce wraps.
sesame, oil, ponzu, and seaweed.
Snow pea, quail egg, enoki, and spring onion in deep, low-and-slow chicken stock.
Grilled Unagi (eel), with furikaki rice & sesame sriracha.
Roasted baby radish, ginger-sesame dressing, arugula, spinach, and simple greens.
Fresh buttermilk fried okra, and mixed southern vinegar greens.
Pan-seared, and peppered skirt steak with a rich, portabella & shiitake gravy. Covering a bed of fragrant Jasmine rice, and topped with lightly seared bell peppers, onion, and jalapeno.
Snow pea stirfry, slow roasted pork loin & jasmine/ginger rice.

We are the South-East's only 31 foot, Airstream Gourmet Eatery. (As far as we know...the only one in the country.) We take enormous pride in the quality, and creativity of what we do. Always looking forward, and striving to provide a creative, and delicious menu...Be it at a music festival, a gathering of family & friends, Campaigns or benefits, Fund-raisers, Concerts, Games. You name it, We feel that there should always be food that is both interesting, fun, of the highest calibre...and above all, great.
Wanting to make sure that everyone knew who the Guerilla Grill was when they spot us out, we decided to opt for a 1974 model, 31 foot Airstream. As opposed to the traditional catering truck. We figured, since we want to deliver the best menu that we possibly can, why not have an American classic that would represent it?
